We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in the European middle ages, who wish to make an equity investment with the new Somerville manor. For a limited time we are offering the following investment option:

A total of ten percent of the company is being made available for an introductory price of $6,000 per half percent membership; The investment plan is $50 per month at zero percent interest for a 120 months or ten years.  You may purchase any percentage between one half and ten percent in half percent units. When these are sold we will suspend sales until after the completion of the first 8 village buildings.  Additional releases of shares for sale are anticipated to be at a higher price. We reserve the right to terminate sales if a major equity investor desires more than 60% ownership. We also reserve the right to suspend sales and double the percentage of ownership for current members if business success proves additional funds are not needed.

The first Somerville manor had an unadjusted net profit of 51 cents per dollar of income. On that basis with a gross of $2,581,875 from all programs when in full operation, the net profit would be $1,316,756. A one percent membership might return $3,291.89 per year to its owner year after year. On a more current level a 2011 one percent ownership  received a $9.00+ change return which is better than the same amount in a savings account with your local bank. In 2012 a 1% investment returned $33.00
